What can I do, DTDC not giving tax invoice for reimbursement.

I booked a consignment(D37376654) from DTDC Nagaon(782001) to Bangalore(560103) on 20-11-2017 .The parcel was delivered successfully on 22-11-2017. But, since 5 months I am running here and there to get a tax invoice for my consignment for reimbursement purpose. Even though it is clearly written on their consignment note that "the tax invoice will be made available by DTDC or its channel partner upon request". The local DTDC branch says they cannot give the tax invoice as they are not registered under GST and the head office says tax invoice will be given by local branch. How are they doing inter-state business without GST registration? So I raised a complaint on DTDC's facebook page since they do not have a centralized customer support. They asked me to wait every time I tried to reach them for any updates. Now after making me wait for 5 months they mailed me saying that they cannot provide the invoice as the case is too old. I have raised a complaint with Consumer.gov.in. The remark that company gave was not correct. They said that my consignment was booked in in the month of November 2017 which was before the launch of GST. Hence, in such cases, we are unable to provide the GST Invoice Copy. But the fact is GST was launched in July 2017, which is 5 months before the consignment date. How can such a big company be so unaware and ignorant. Also how can the consumer helpline dispose the case when the company's comments are wrong.

Despite this, they maintain that the account was closed in April 2024, not January 2019, and have wrongly charged me since 2019. I escalated the matter and lodged a complaint on SmartOD with the depository (NSDL) and ICICI Bank. Their response was as follows: 1. The reply is from ICICI Securities (above reply of account closer on Scores), not ICICI Bank. Since ICICI Securities has acknowledged that the account was closed, they advised me to include ICICI Securities as a party and raise a fresh appeal. 2. I submitted a new complaint, making NSE and ICICI Securities parties to the issue. However, the response stated that the Demat account falls under ICICI Bank, not ICICI Securities, and therefore, ICICI Securities cannot assist in this matter. Although ICICI Bank and ICICI Securities are both part of the ICICI Group, they are still causing unnecessary harassment. Kindly suggest how and where I should complain to get my refund back.
